Returns & Exchanges Policy

When you shop with Dollie we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is compliant with Australian Consumer Law and if you have any queries or questions regarding our policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale/discounted items unless they are faulty.

 

If you have purchased a FULL PRICED item from us that is an incorrect fit or you have changed your mind, we are happy for you to return this item to us.

 

Returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date – we will not accept returns after this time.

 

Return postage is at the customers expense. We recommend obtaining a copy of return tracking information as we do not take responsibility for items that may be lost or damaged in transit.

 

Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.  Upon receipt of the items, we will issue you a store credit via the email you placed the order with or a refund to your original payment method.

 

Please contact us immediately if you have received a faulty or incorrect item. If deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement if available, credit or a full refund.
